It's his Shink Miltank character, Umeko.
I've always wanted to draw a Miltank, and Umeko caught my eyes.
~EmeraldSeahorse's rendition: [link] made her look like she's so innocent. That caught me, passionately, in her eyes.
So, how could I say no to that cute and innocent face?
I hope y'all like.
P.S. I made her eyes, blue. I didn't want them to be white cause it seems too strange.

Overall Vision Originality
Technique ImpactThis piece is one I REALLY like!
Differently colored Miltanks are just spiffy! Blue and purple pair up pretty good. But, I can't help but feel the head-encasing (?) should be a touch brighter. Then again, it's not your character, so I won't hold it against you.
Silver, you tend to draw up the sexiest outfits for any character you place under the pen. And with your coloring style, Umeko looks like she's wearing smooth leather. Thumbs up! Bouns point: black and orange equals Halloween which equals awesome! The cap is also great!
Only thing I would change is the zoom, her legs and full torso would give justice to her attractive size.
